PARKLAND, WA — On Saturday, the 25th of April, the University Center at Pacific Lutheran University was filled with Norwegian bakery, Rosemaling, sweaters, woodcarvings and other assorted things Scandinavian. Music from accordions and a Norwegian men’s choir filled the air. Artists were making intricate weavings and painting bowls, plates and spoons.
