This is notice of final Pierce Council hearing on Proposal No. 2016-47.
An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Vacating a Portion of Clay City Road East (Clay City Revision County Road) Right-of-Way in the Southwest Quarter of Section 25 and the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 17 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the Clear Lake Area.
The Final Council hearing on this proposal is set for November 29, at 3:00 pm. The final Council hearing will be held in Room 1045, 10th Floor, County-City Building, 930 Tacoma Ave S, in Tacoma.
