Communications tool released to enhance parent and community engagement

Families and community members can now keep up-to-date with easy access to school and district news, right in the palm of their hand.

Starting today, the new official Bethel School District mobile app is available for download in the Apple App® and Google Play® stores for free.

The mobile app will offer a constantly updated feed of district news and events with photos and links to the district’s website. Users can customize their experience by selecting the schools that want to receive updates from. They can choose to receive push notifications to get breaking news and updates about school closures, calendar changes, or even sports updates, as well as set threshold alerts for lunch balances and student grades.

The new Bethel SD Mobile App was designed in partnership with Blackboard, Inc., a leader in K-12 educational technology products.
