Friday December 1, 6 p.m. at the Roy Library and Community Center will be the Annual Open House with festive cookies, cake, Santa and one of the best little Christmas Tree Lightings in the county.

The location is 122 East 3rd St., Roy. The Community Center and Library is on the same block as the Roy City Hall slightly east and south. The Tree Lighting has generally been held at 7 p.m.
