Service clubs are a vital part of a functioning community. The Parkland Spanaway Rotary  has been active in the area for a very long time, providing scholarships to students in the Bethel and Franklin Pierce School Districts as well as charitable services in the community.

The Surrender the Booty Bash is their annual auction fundraiser. This year it is on Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Puyallup at the Station House 726, 427 North Meridian. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tickets and more information can be obtained at this link. Pirate attire is highly encouraged.
