Arivva is excited to once again offer its free Introduction to Healthcare Employment and Apprenticeship Program (IHAP). As we launch our 7th cohort, we invite individuals to take their first steps toward a meaningful career in healthcare.

Program Details:
• Dates: June 1 – July 3, 2026
• Format: Hybrid (in-person + virtual)
• Total hours: 80 hours
• Location: 402 Garfield St S, Parkland, WA 98444

What participants receive:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Mental Health First Aid training
• Monetary stipend

After completing IHAP, participants may pursue entry-level positions in healthcare, continue into training programs such as Nursing Assistant Certification (NA-C) or Behavioral Health, or explore registered apprenticeship opportunities.
