The 2nd Annual Clover Chambers Watershed Festival is about to kick off at noon on October 10 at the Flett Creek Natural Resources Laboratory, across from CPTC at the light for Hageness Dr.
There will be tours of the Flett Outdoor Lab, and Exhibitor Fair, Watershed issues talk, a Scotch Broom pulling contest, and snacks.
In addition, we will be talking about the Chinook salmon that made it to Ponce de Leon Creek from Steilacoom Lake this year to spawn naturally in the creek!
This event is organized and sponsored by the Clover Creek Restoration Alliance, Clover Park Technical College, and Chambers Clover Watershed Council.
