The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, May 1st at noon at Eatonville High School Stadium!
Replacement of the track, field and stadium were made possible by voters in the district. Students and the entire community have much to celebrate. No more playing football in the mud. The new track and stadium bring Eatonville’s game in line with other schools in the league.
After the ribbon cutting the community will continue to celebrate at Community Day beginning at 1:30 PM in the EHS Gym.
The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office provided a generous $1.2 million grant supporting the replacement of the track and transition to a multipurpose synthetic turf field. Additional funding was provided by capital levy funds, and community fundraising for a total of $6.8 million.
Congratulations Eatonville!
