Going Pro Se isn’t easy. Paying for the necessary expert testimony is costly.

I never imagined I’d be in this position — injured, kept out of work, and now fighting for the medical care and support I deserve. My Workers’ Compensation case is at a critical stage (court), and the truth is, I can’t win this fight alone.

To prove my injuries and the impact on my life, I need a qualified physician to testify in court on my behalf. This testimony could be the difference between receiving fair compensation or being left without the resources to recover. Unfortunately, the cost for this expert witness is far beyond what I can afford right now.

The Independent Medical Examiner (IME) called me a 6* year old woman with arthritis, not an injury, ignoring that from that instant, I was unable to walk on my right leg for weeks.
