on

Dixie Lee LeMay-Archer Passed from her visit on earth and took the hand of God on March 28, 2013. She was born in Aberdeen, WA on July 14, 1954, six minutes after her twin sister Debbie. Dixie LeMay Archer

Dixie had a strong faith in God and truly loved the Lord. Her favorite times were spent with family and friends; she enjoyed being a grandma and had her grandkids over often, she also enjoyed shopping, traveling, and her vacation home in AZ. Dixie was an avid Seahawks fan who loved attending games and charity events with her loving husband Mike.

Dixie felt very blessed. She loved people and found great joy in helping others. Those around her marveled at her ability to find and express kind words to everyone, including those she had just met. Cheerful and bright everywhere she went, Dixie found a way to put a smile on people’s faces, whether through a compliment, a helping hand or just a simple hug. She was an inspiration to many people.

Dixie is preceded in death by her father Harold E. LeMay, brother Leon LeMay, and twin sister Debbie LeMay-Shepherd. She is survived by her loving husband Michael Archer, her mother Nancy LeMay, daughter Kristina LeMay, and sons Casey LeMay and Cody Marien; grandchildren Stewart LeMay and Logan Mullen and step grandchildren; brothers Gene (Carla), Norm (Vicki), Hal (Liz), and Doug (Mary); sister Barb (Tom Quinn), many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends; and her best friend Kathy.
