The Old Spaghetti Factory in Tacoma reopens in a new location on Friday January 22, 2016. 1255 Pacific Avenue, below the Pacific Plaza South parking facility is a sparkling new restaurant with some classy furnishings to add to the relocated old favorites, the trolley, stained glass, artworks, doors and light fixtures.
Whether you love mizithra cheese, meatballs or ravioli, there is a great menu of old favorites and a few new items to please the palate.
The friends an family night was just that. Staff from the Portland head office, members of the Dussin family, founders of the chain and their children, managers from other locations and suppliers were all in attendance. Two waves of visitors dined and helped the staff prepare for the public. Below are some photos of the new restaurant.
