If you can get past the wind and weather, the Garage Plus in Elk Plain will be holding a Halloween Bash. October 15th @ 5pm – 9pm.
Costume contest! Free music, BBQ, and raffles on-site. The trophy presentation will be at 9pm. There is a $20 registration fee to compete.
