For over 11 years, the Pierce Prairie Post has been providing a resource for the public in unincorporated South Pierce County, local news, events, non-profit activities, government actions, and land use coverage. The Pierce Prairie Post is part of the Spanaway Community Association. We know you get tired of attending meetings to learn what is going on around you, so we created our WordPress site to provide that information and free up your time.

On the other side, the cost of doing business is not free. We have to register annually, file taxes, pay for the domain names, web access, post office box, storage space, software programs and computer equipment upgrades.
