I spoke with the official at the Spanaway Post office today (they currently have no Postmaster) She had no idea this was in the works. I’m not surprised. As I suspected, it’s at higher levels. BUT, now she’s in the loop. And I might add, likes the idea too. The mail will arrive presorted that way, saving them time.
